All orders ship from sunny Southern California!
Your order may take 1-2 days to process and ship (all weekend orders ship the following Monday).
Tracking information will be sent to your email once the order has shipped.

- Orders over $89 (after any discount and before any taxes) Free via USPS or UPS
- Orders under $89 (after any discount and before any taxes) Flat rate of $5.95 via USPS or UPS
*South Korea (3-5 days)

Shipping Cost will be calculated based on weight.
For any international shipping, please understand that all duty taxes and/or import taxes may be incurred on the buyer and must be borne by the buyer. Itzyuz has no control over such taxes.
RETURNS
Returns can be made on items within 7 days of delivery on all full-priced items.
Returned products must be new, unopened, sealed and in original condition.
Please note that one-time use products cannot be returned unless damaged in the delivery process.

All sale items, special offers, discounts, website promotions, and purchases made during special promotions are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or refund.
Once your return is received, your refund will be processed within 3 business days and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 3-7 business days for the refund to post to your account.
Please note return shipping fees are responsibility of the purchaser and the original shipping fees paid are non-refundable. Also, refused shipments will not be refunded.
If your order qualified for free shipping, and you are returning a product for a reason other than it being defective or different from what you actually ordered, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs as well as the original shipping costs that were waived by the free shipping policy.
